Lungs Preservation | Advices for the longevity and health of your Lung Tissue - incredibly useful for smokers, in order to reverse and diminish damage over time | Lung Health Recipe

(Bibliography at bottom)

Inflammation is one of the triggers for diseases like5 :

  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
  • Various Cancers
  • Diabetes
  • Bronchitis
  • Atherosclerosis
  • Periodontitis
  • Hay fever

The term "Inflammaging" is obviously not by chance1,2.

Inflammation and aging appear to be tightly correlated. Pay attention: I'm talking about co-relation.

It means not only inflammation goes increasing with age, but also that the aforesaid is dramatized by inflammation.

These are not the direct advices of the authors (not always), but you can always inspect the sources and check the consistence of the post on yourself.

One of the most ravaged tissues these days is the lungs one.

This is why, today, I propose you a really useful stack to implement in your routine.

Remember, all advices in this site are supported by scientific evidence, in the sense that they infer possible strategies basing on what the studies demonstrate.

I've been testing this for one month, one year ago, but I will adopt it again.. I will keep you, my public, posted with my feedbacks. You can take each supplement in more steps , just make sure the time between them is right. This will vary among different active principles. Scroll down to inspect them.

NAC - N-acetylcysteine soluble 900mg in three steps

Vitamin C -500mg soluble in two steps
Carrot -100g (weighted while peeled) a day
Chlorella Supplement - 3g a day
Between 15 and 20 minutes of light/moderate aerobics - each day. Don't skip this, it can be as simple as walking

If I had to give a priority , I wouldn't. All these, taken as a whole, act on different aspects.

Gap time between doses(exactly the substance half-life)

NAC - 4hours4

Vitamin C - this vary greatly between 30 minutes (for very low dosages) to 86 days6 . Indeed, ascorbic acid can be stored. Don't mind Vitamin C HL when stacking. Peak concentrations happen after 1-2 hours and the surplus is excreted, so you can gaptime them with 6 hours to cover your entire day, starting from the morning.

These are the best advices you can apply today to invest on your lung health. As a consequence, you will improve your overall health too. Remember to be calm and balanced when it comes to stacks. The more doesn't make the best.

You can bring on your normal diet and adopt the habits: just try to limit simple sugar sources (sweets, juices).
Last but not least, be positive! Taking supplements is fun because you do it knowing you are literally investing money on your health.

Yes, the time of your life can be bought:

  • with money: supplements and superfoods
  • with effort: thinking positive
  • with time: with exercise, you invest 20 minutes time a day to keep yourself functioning throughout your life

For the ones used to fasting, implementing 2 days of water fast each 2 weeks can dramatically improve their sense of well-being, starting from week one.

Contact me by comment if you are curious about fasting.

Quick Medicine Lesson:

  • What is COPD? Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is characterized by persistent airflow limitation and chronic inflammation of the airways, is also a leading cause of death, second only to cardiovascular diseases.
Lung cancer has been linked to the changes in lung function characteristic of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and to the changes in lung morphology seen in emphysema
